Analysis of the Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Cervical Spondylosis
Objective:To investigate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.Methods:Collect color Doppler ultrasound images of 100 patients with cervical spondylosis(as the observation group)and 100 healthy individuals(as the control group),and process and analyze the color Doppler ultrasound images using methods such as grayscale value analysis and curve fitting.Results:The vertebral artery blood flow velocity in patients with cervical spondylosis was significantly slowed down,and color Doppler ultrasound could detect abnormal vertebral artery blood flow signals in patients;Meanwhile,the neurological and vascular functions of patients with cervical spondylosis can also be evaluated using color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound can accurately detect the nerve function and vascular function of patients with cervical spondylosis,and evaluate it,so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy and treatment effect,which has important application value.
