The Role of High-Frequency Ultrasound in Diagnosing the Nature of Superficial Enlarged Lymph Nodes
Objective:To explore the diagnostic role of high-frequency ultrasound in the nature of superficial enlarged lymph nodes. Methods:A total of 70 patients with enlarged lymph nodes admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into two groups through computer randomization. The control group received two-dimensional ultrasound examination, while the study group received high-frequency Doppler ultrasound examination. The examination results were analyzed. Results:The consistency rate between high-frequency ultrasound examination and pathological diagnosis was 98.37%for malignant(metastatic lymph nodes),97.08%for benign,88.34%for two-dimensional ultrasound pathology, and 82.11%for malignant lymph nodes. The enlargement of benign and malignant lymph nodes was found in L/T,lymph node structure, internal microcalcifications, blood flow, and cystic changes Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound, the surface has comparability with P<0.05.Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound has important reference value for the diagnosis of superficial lymph nodes, with high safety and accuracy, which is conducive to accurate diagnosis of the disease.
