The Efficacy and Safety of Ultrasound-Guided Abortion Abortion
Objective:To study the effectiveness and safety of ultrasound guided abortion. Methods:Select 400 induced abortion patients treated in our hospital from July 2021 to December 2022.Following the wishes of the patients, patients with conventional induced abortion will be included in the control group, and patients with ultrasound-guided downward uterine clearance will be included in the observation group.Evaluation of surgical index and complication rate in both groups and questionnaire of satisfaction. Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was(8.53±2.17)mL,the surgical time was(6.74±1.80)min,the success rate of one-time curettage was 99.50%,and the pain score was(2.39±0.45)points,all of which were better than the control group's(15.40±3.22)mL,(14.26±2.71)min,90.00%,and(3.84±0.71)points,with P<0.05;The menstrual recovery time of the observation group was(31.25±2.60)days,the bleeding recovery time was(4.03±0.85)days,and the hospital observation time was(1.37±0.19)hours,all of which were shorter than the control group's(38.86±3.76)days,(5.78±1.16)days,and(2.01±0.28)hours,with P<0.05;In terms of the incidence of complications, the observation group was lower than the control group[1.50%(3/200)VS.7.00%(14/200)].Regarding satisfaction data, the observation group was at a higher level[99.00%(198/200)VS.91.00%(182/200)],with P<0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided descending abortion uterine clearance can shorten the operation time, improve the success rate of one-time uterine clearance, reduce the occurrence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.
