Multi-Slice Spiral CT Combined with 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Gallbladder Carcinoma
Objective:To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT combined with 3.0T magnetic resonance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder cancer.Methods:80 patients with gallbladder cancer in our hospital from January 2021 to January 23 were selected as observation objects. All patients were examined by multi-slice spiral CT and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging.According to different examination methods, they were divided into control group(CT examination)and observation group(combined CT and magnetic resonance examination),with pathological results as the"gold standard"to compare the effect. Results:The diagnostic accuracy of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of clinical stage diagnosis in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The diagnosis coincidence rate of metastatic and invasive organ distribution in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The CT imaging features of gallbladder carcinoma were mainly clear gallbladder margin,no obvious or enlarged gallbladder shape, and vegetable mass. The MRI imaging features of gallbladder carcinoma were mainly luminal nodules, masses, and thick-wall type. Conclusion:CT and MRI combined examination is more valuable in the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer.
