The Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT Combined with MRI in the Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Parotid Gland Tumors
Objective:To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT combined with MRI in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant parotid gland tumors.Methods:100 patients with parotid gland tumors diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected for multi-slice spiral CT and MRI examinations.Observe the diagnostic results and compare them with pathological results.Results:①Pathological diagnosis of 100 patients showed 74 cases of benign and 26 cases of malignant parotid gland tumors.②Based on pathological results as the gold standard, the sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis is 73.08%,the specificity is 95.95%,and the coincidence rate is 90.00%;The sensitivity of MRI diagnosis was 80.77%,specificity was 97.30%,and coincidence rate was 93.00%;The sensitivity of the combined diagnosis of the two is 96.15%,the specificity is 94.59%,and the coincidence rate is 95.00%.③Quantitative indicators showed that the Ktrans value and Kep value of malignant tumors were higher than those of benign tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of parotid gland tumors can improve sensitivity and accuracy.Quantitative indicators can differentiate between benign and malignant tumors, providing support for subsequent treatment.
