Application Value of Nerve Conduction Velocity Measurement Combined with Surface Electromyography in Patients with Hemiplegia After Stroke
Objective:To analyze the application value of nerve conduction velocity measurement combined with surface electromyography in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:47 patients who received hemiplegia treatment in hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 47 patients who received physical examination in hospital during the same period with normal results were selected as the control group.Nerve conduction velocity and surface electromyography were tested for all participants. Results:The transmission velocity of peroneal motor, sensory nerve, tibial motor nerve and sensory nerve in observation group was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the integrated EMG value and cooperative shrinkage rate of tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nerve conduction velocity measurement combined with surface electromyography can better understand the nerve injury, muscle tension and muscle strength of stroke patients with hemiplegia,so as to provide a basis for clinical treatment and rehabilitation.
