Analysis of the Value of Respiratory Home Pulmonary Function Instrument in the Diagnosis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To explore the value of respiratory home pulmonary function instrument in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:100 COPD patients admitted between January 2022 and May 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy individuals admitted during the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups underwent lung function tests using a respiratory home lung function analyzer to compare the lung function between the groups and analyze their diagnostic accuracy. Results:The FEV1,FEV1/FVC and other indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of mild to moderate pulmonary obstruction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,a total of 92 cases were diagnosed through lung function examination, and 8 cases were misdiagnosed, with a diagnostic accuracy of 92.00%.The proportion of mild, moderate, severe, and extremely severe COPD in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of a respiratory home lung function instrument to check the lung function of COPD patients can serve as an important reference for the diagnosis of COPD,effectively improving the accuracy of COPD diagnosis, and accurately judging the COPD grading, which is conducive to providing scientific guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
