Application of Closed Loop Management in Surgical Consumables Supply Chain Management
Objective:To explore the closed-loop management program in the supply chain management of operating room consumables.Methods:Retrospective analysis surgical management data in the operating room from June 2023 to December 2023,which was divided into a control group adopted a routine management program and a research group adopted a closed-loop management program.The collection of the indicators of the first case on time rate,the expiration rate of the consumables,the abnormal consumption rate,the consumable-related event rate and the rate of medical and nursing satisfaction Results:The surgical management data of the research group had a significantly higher in first case on time rate and medical and nursing team satisfaction rate than that of the control group,and the expiration rate of consumables,abnormal consumption rate and the consumables-related event rate of the former group were significantly lower than that of the latter group,with a P<0.05.Conclusion:In the management of the operating room,closed-loop operating room consumables supply chain management enhances quality,reduces waste,and improves operating room utilization.It is recommended that this program be further applied in the subsequent management work.
