Observation on the Effect of 3D Laparoscopic Radical Colorectal Cancer Resection Process and Standardized Device Management
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized management in the application of 3D laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer.Methods:80 patients who underwent radical surgery for colorectal cancer were selected, and all patients came to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 for 3D laparoscopic treatment.44 patients who underwent 3D laparoscopic surgery from January 2021 to June 2021 were set as the control group and underwent routine management;36 patients who underwent 3D laparoscopic surgery from July 2021 to January 2022 were assigned to the experimental group, and standardized management of procedures and instruments was carried out.Various intraoperative and postoperative indicators, instrument setup quality, instrument inventory time, frequency of related instrument application, and proportion of adverse events were observed. Results:Experimental groupIntraoperative bleedingLow in the control group,P<0.05.The completeness, standardization, validity and timeliness of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the counting time of the two groups of instruments(preoperative, before, and after the body cavity),the experimental group was shorter,P<0.05.Compared with the frequency of related instruments(the number of finishing operating table, delivery and cleaning surgical instruments),the frequency of the experimental group was less,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the application of 3D laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer devices, compared with conventional management, the standardized management of process and devices is better, which can significantly shorten the counting of instruments, reduce the application frequency of related devices, and has a significant role in improving the surgical efficiency.
