Objective:Taking electronic blood pressure monitor products as an example,through the analysis and verification of the electromagnetic compatibility influencing factors of multi-specification active medical devices of the same variety,the feasibility of selecting typical models of products for electromagnetic compatibility can be explored.Methods:The electronic sphygmomanometer products produced by Tianjin Andon Health Co.,Ltd.were selected for electromagnetic compatibility test,and the influencing factors of sensitive equipment and interference sources were found out through the design scheme analysis of each model of sphygmomanometer and the statistics of EMC test data.The influencing factors of electromagnetic compatibility were analyzed.Results:The influence of sensitive equipment on EMC test is as follows:external conductive interface,power adapter selection,and power chip selection affect ESD;Power adapter selection affects DIPS;Power adapter selection and power filtering affect EFT;Power supply filtering,op amp selection,and PCB traces affect RS.Under the condition that the PCB trace,adapter,power circuit,op amp model,MCU model,and lens of the blood pressure monitor product are fixed,the new voice,WiFi,backlight,and bluetooth function module have no impact on EMC.Conclusion:Under the premise of comprehensive consideration of sensitive equipment and interference sources,the principle of electromagnetic compatibility coverage is formed,and typical model products can be selected to demonstrate electromagnetic compatibility coverage.
