The Value and Result Analysis of CT Combined with MRI in the Diagnosis of Cerebral Infarction Combined with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To evaluate the value and results of computer tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction(CI)combined with cerebral hemorrhage(CH).Methods:75 suspected CI patients with CH from November 2021 to May 2023 were included, all of whom underwent CT and MRI examinations.Based on the comprehensive diagnostic results, the detection status, diagnostic efficacy, and imaging features were evaluated.Results:① Among the 75 suspected patients with CI combined with CH,59 were confirmed through comprehensive diagnosis,44 cases were detected with CI combined with CH on CT,49 cases were detected with CI combined with CH on MRI,and 57 cases were detected with CI combined with CH on CT+MRI;② The accuracy(92.00%),specificity(87.50%),and sensitivity(93.22%)of CT+MRI were higher than those of CT(53.33%,37.50%,57.63%)and MRI(68.00%,56.25%,71.19%),with P<0.05.Conclusion:Implementing CT+MRI examination in the diagnosis of CI combined with CH can improve the detection rate and diagnostic efficacy.
