The Value of Elastic Shear Wave Technique Combined with Ultramicro-Flow Imaging in Differentiating the Benign and Malignant Edge of Breast Burr Mass
Objective:To evaluate the value of elastic shear wave technique combined with ultramicroflow imaging in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast marginal burr masses. Methods:A total of 125 patients with breast marginal burr mass were selected from June 2020 to December 2022.All the patients were examined by elastic shear wave technology, and the blood vessels and blood flow parameters in the lesion were observed by ultramicro-flow imaging technology, and the application value of both in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast marginal burr masses was compared with the postoperative pathological results. Results:The minimum elastic value, maximum elastic value, average elastic value,AveR,AveT1 and Ratiol parameters in benign group were lower than those in malignant group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in BI-RADS-US grading between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in blood flow Adler grading between the benign and malignant lesions in SMI mode(P<0.05),and the benign and malignant lesions were mainly grade 3.The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of elastic shear wave combined with ultramicroflow imaging were significantly higher than that of simple microvascular imaging and elastic imaging(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elastic shear wave technique combined with ultramicro-flow imaging has high diagnostic efficiency, which can objectively and qualitatively evaluate the breast marginal burr masses, and provide help for accurately differentiating the good and evil properties of breast marginal burr masses.
