Clinical Value of Uliit US-1680 Automated Urinalysis System in Diabetic Proteinuria Test
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of the Uliit US-1680 automatic urinalysis system in diabetic proteinuria test.Methods:From May 2022 to May 2023,68 diabetic patients received Uliit US-1680 automatic urinalysis system test,serum creatinine and serum urine nitrogen,compare the results of proteinuria,serum creatinine and serum urine nitrogen and analyzed the occurrence of albuminmin and microalbumin level in 24h.Results:Using Uliit US-1680 automatic urinanalysis system in 68 diabetic patients,12 cases of disposable proteinuria(17.65%),40 cases of persistent proteinuria and 16 cases without proteinuria;Course of<5 years proteinuria+++ratio less than proteinuria+-++,the proportion of patients with protein+++at 5-10,10-20 and 20 years was greater than protein+-++,the proportion of patients with age>60 years was significantly higher than that of the age group of 30 to 60 years.The 24h urinary microprotein levels of patients aged>60 years and patients with disease duration>10 years were higher than those of patients aged 30 to 60 years and patients with 10 years of disease course,respectively,the differences in the above indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05);5 patients had elevated blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine,and 63 patients had normal levels.Conclusion:Uliit US-1680 automatic urinanalysis system has positive value in diabetic proteinuria test,and there are obvious differences in the severity of proteinuria in different disease courses and ages.The systematic analysis of relevant indicators can provide reliable basis for the progression of diabetes.
