The Application Effect of Philips HD15 Ultrasound Diagnostic Instrument Guided Central Venous Catheterization in Hemodialysis Patients
Objective:To study the application effect of Philips HD15 ultrasound diagnostic instrument guided central venous catheterization in hemodialysis patients.Methods:82 hemodialysis patients who needed central venous catheterization for treatment were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group underwent central venous catheterization using blind catheterization, while the observation group used ultrasound diagnostic equipment to guide the central venous catheterization. The success rate of puncture and the incidence of complications were observed in both groups. Results:The one-time puncture success rate and total puncture success rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The puncture catheterization time for the observation group was(15.26±2.42)minutes,while the puncture catheterization time for the control group was(19.50±2.87)minutes,the difference between groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Philips HD15 ultrasound diagnostic instrument in central venous catheterization in hemodialysis patients can significantly improve the success rate of puncture, avoid complications, and shorten the time of puncture catheterization.
