Objective:To study the clinical effect of treating patients with inguinal hernia by transperitoneal anterior inguinal hernia patch repair. Methods:A total of 60 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly grouped and divided into observation group and control group. The control group carried out the traditional open tension-free hernia repair treatment; The observation group carried out the transabdominal path anterior peritoneal inguinal hernia patch repair treatment.Compare the length of the operation incision, the amount of bleeding, the time of going out of the bed,the time of pain disappearing, the time of the incision healing, the total time of hospitalization, the operation time, the treatment cost, the frequency of postoperative labor pain, the VAS score, and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results:The length of the operation incision of patients in the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the data between the group was compared with P<0.05;The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the data between the groups was compared with P<0.05;The time of bed activity, the time of pain disappearance, the time of incision healing time and the total time of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the data between the group was P<0.05;The operation time of the operation was longer than that of the control group, and the data between the group was P<0.05;The treatment cost of treatment was more than that of the control group, and the data was P<0.05;The incidence and recurrence rate of the observation group was compared with the control group, and there was no statistical difference P>0.05;The frequency of postoperative pain use in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the inter group data comparison was P<0.05;The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the inter group data comparison was P<0.05.Conclusion:Patients with inguinal hernia are effective in the treatment of transabdominal pathway anterior peritoneal inguinal hernia patch repair.
