Improvement of High Value Medical Consumables Management Based on SPD Management Mode
This article mainly focuses on the management of high-value medical consumables under the SPD management mode,using methods such as literature review and summary.Starting from the current situation of operating room consumables management,it introduces the connotation and significance of the SPD management mode,and elaborates on the methods,processes,and effects of operating room high-value consumables management under the SPD management mode.The results show that using the SPD management mode in the management of high-value medical consumables in the operating room can record the inventory of consumables at any time,understand the location of consumables through UDI coding,trace the source of use,reduce the loss and waste of high-value medical consumables,improve operating room work efficiency,and achieve cost control of medical consumables.
