Evaluation and Analysis of the Effect of CBCT to Evaluate CGF+Bio-Osteoprosthetic Materials to Promote Bone Defect Repair After Jaw Cyst Surgery
Objective:To explore evaluation and analysis of the effect of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)to evaluate concentrate growth factors(CGF)+bio-osteoprosthetic materials to promote bone defect repair after jaw cyst surgery.Methods:80 patients with postoperative bone defects in jaw cysts admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group according to the different repair schemes.CGF repair was given to the control group and CGF+biologic bone repair(Bio-Oss bone meal)was given to the observation group.Bone density gray value, pain level and swelling level were compared between the two groups. Results:The gray value of bone mineral density(Hounsfield Unit,HU)was significant among the horizontal groups, time and interaction(P<0.05).The HU values of the two groups increased 1 month after surgery and decreased 3 months after surgery, and the HU values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score level, time and interaction was significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of both groups was increased 2 days after surgery and decreased 5 days after surgery, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The 2d swelling degree of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In promoting postoperative bone defect repair of jaw cysts,CGF combined with bio-osteoprosthetic materials showed higher HU values evaluated by CBCT and reduced postoperative pain as well as swelling compared with CGF alone, which can promote bone healing, improve osteogenic quality, and accelerate the restoration of jaw bone morphology.
