Objective:To investigate the feasibility and effect of single-hole laparoscopic hysteromyoma removal. Methods:From July 2020 to July 2022,80 patients in our hospital who required hysteromyoma removal were selected and randomly divided into single-hole and porous laparoscope groups,40 cases in each group.Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain score(VAS score),postoperative hospital stay and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:All 80 operations were successfully completed. There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss of patients undergoing hysteromyoma removal under single-aperture laparoscopy compared with those in the porous laparoscopy group(P>0.05),but the postoperative pain score of patients in the single-aperture laparoscopy group was lower, the length of hospital stay was shorter, and satisfaction was increased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no complications in both groups.Conclusion:Single-hole laparoscopy can not only reduce postoperative pain and promote rapid recovery after surgery, but also have beautiful hidden incision and satisfactory treatment.
