Application of Fiber Optic Bronchoscope in Clinical Anesthesia
Objective:To investigate the application of fiber beam bronchoscopy in clinical anesthesia. Methods:A total of 54 children requiring surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received laryngoscope tracheal intubation anesthesia, and the study group received fiberoptic bronchoscope intubation anesthesia. The changes of hemodynamic indexes, positioning time, extraction time, recovery time, intubation time,one-time positioning success rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The changes of blood oxygen saturation and heart rate at each time point in the control group were not obvious, and the changes of blood oxygen saturation in the study group were not obvious, but the heart rate 1min after implantation and immediately after removal was higher than that before implantation, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The positioning time, extraction time, recovery time and intubation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time localization in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative sore throat, agitation during anesthesia recovery, postoperative choking breath holding and laryngeal spasm were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fiberoptic bronchoscope endotracheal intubation anesthesia in pediatric surgery is ideal, which can shorten the intubation time, improve the success rate of one-time positioning, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
