A Review of Research on Pancreatic Stent in Preventing Pancreatitis After ERCP Surgery
One of the commonly used diagnostic techniques in hepatobiliary surgery is endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),which has the characteristics of minimal trauma,good efficacy,and minimal adverse reactions.However,ERCP is generally an invasive procedure,and postoperative complications have become a problem that affects its widespread application.Pancreatitis is the most common complication.In order to prevent postoperative pancreatitis,scholars at home and abroad have conducted a series of studies on the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment measures of pancreatitis.This study provides a review of the research progress on the preventive effect of pancreatic duct stents in post ERCP pancreatitis.
