To Explore the Effect of Immunofluorescent Analyzer in Clinical Test
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of using immunofluorescence analyzer in clinical testing.Methods:80 patients with thyroid diseases who visited Fuqing Second Hospital,Fujian Province were selected as the research subjects,from October 2022 to October 2023.They were grouped according to different testing methods.The control group was tested using radioimmunoassay,while the observation group was tested using immunofluorescence analyzer.The testing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was a significant difference in accuracy between the two groups,with the observation group having a higher accuracy(P<0.05);The values of relevant test indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The difference in anti-interference ability scores between the two groups was significant,and the observation group had a higher score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of immunofluorescence luminescence instrument in clinical testing has a significant effect,can improve the examination effect of thyroid diseases,has high accuracy.
