To Analyze the Effect of Multifunctional Pelvic Therapeutic Apparatus Combined with Ultrasound Drug Penetration on Clinical Symptoms and Local Microcirculation in Patients with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
Objective:To study the effect of multifunctional pelvic therapeutic apparatus combined with ultrasound drug penetration on the improvement of clinical symptoms and local microcirculation in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).Methods:A total of 60 patients with PID admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the coordination group(n=30)and the reference group(n=30).The reference group received routine antibacterial treatment and nursing. The combination group was treated with multi-functional pelvic therapeutic apparatus and ultrasound drug penetration intervention on the basis of the reference group.Clinical symptoms, local microcirculation, inflammatory factors and hemorheology were compared between the two groups. Results:The improvement time of clinical symptoms in coordination group was shorter than that in reference group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment, the levels of local microcirculation, inflammatory factors and hemorheology indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement range of the coordination group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multifunctional pelvic therapy instrument combined with ultrasonic drug penetration can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, local microcirculation, inflammatory factors and hemorheology of PID patients.
