Study on the Application Value of the Fully Automatic Closed Tissue Dehydrator
Objective:To explore the application value of the automatic closed tissue dehydrator.Methods:From November 2018 to January 2019,764 samples collected in our hospital were studied,using the traditional tissue dehydration and the automatic closed tissue dehydrator.The former was classified as the conventional group and the latter as the observation group.The tissue processing procedures and the final processing results of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two organizational treatment methods in terms of tissue morphology integrity rate,central softening rate,and diagnostic compliance rate(P>0.05),but the whole program operation time of the observation group was 10h 40min,and the operation time of the conventional group was 12h.Conclusion:The automatic closed tissue dehydrator is highly efficient and convenient in the examination of pathology department.
