Comparative Observation of Clinical Efficacy Between Oxygen Nebulizer and Ultrasound Nebulizer Inhalation Therapy for Pediatric Respiratory Diseases
Objective:To study and analyze the application effects of oxygen nebulizer and ultrasound nebulizer in the treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases, and to compare their clinical efficacy. Methods:From January to December 2023,100 pediatric patients with respiratory system diseases were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group received treatment with ultrasound nebulizer inhalation, while the study group received treatment with oxygen nebulizer inhalation. The therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed. Results:After evaluating the effectiveness of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment of respiratory system diseases in children, the incidence of adverse reactions was slightly lower in the study group compared to the study group(P<0.05).Disease response-related indicators and inflammatory factors, and the study group improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxygen nebulizer is more effective than ultrasound nebulizer in the treatment of pediatric respiratory system diseases. It not only promotes effective treatment of pediatric respiratory system diseases, but also enhances the safety of nebulizer inhalation therapy.
