Clinical Effect of CPM and Ballistic Shock Wave Combined with Kaltenborn Joint Loosening in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Adhesion Stage
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of continuous passive motion and ballistic shock wave combined with Kaltenborn joint loosening in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis in the adhesive phase.Methods:60 cases of shoulder periarthritis with adhesive stage diagnosed in our hospital were included in this study.30 cases who received Kaltenborn joint loosening plus routine rehabilitation treatment were selected as the control group, and 30 cases who received the treatment based on the control group plus bullet-shock wave combined with CPM were selected as the observation group, and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results:VAS score of observation group was lower than control group after 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment, the shoulder JOA score and Constant-Murley shoulder function score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the shoulder motion was greater(P<0.05).Conclusion:CPM and projectile shock wave combined with Kaltenborn joint loosening is effective in the treatment of patients with periarthritis of shoulder during adhesion period, which can relieve shoulder pain, improve shoulder mobility and increase shoulder AROM.
