Study on the Effect of Intense Pulsed Laser Combined with Red and Blue Light Irradiation on Acne Erythema
Objective:Study on the therapeutic effect of strong pulsed laser and red-blue-ray radiation on actinic keratosis.Methods:80 patients with post acne erythema who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using the dice rolling method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received red and blue light treatment,while the observation group received strong pulsed laser combined with red and blue light irradiation treatment.The treatment efficacy,red spot index,melanin index,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),with statistical significance(χ2=7.3143,P=0.0068).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of erythema index,melanin index,and quality of life score,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(scab formation,swelling,erythema,pain)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acne erythema after intense pulse laser combined with red and blue light irradiation has good curative effect and high application value.
