Study on the Value of US and MTM in Evaluating Different Types of Breast Micromass
Objective:To compare and analyze the application effects of ultrasound(US)and molybdenum target X-ray mammography(MTM)in the differential diagnosis of different types of small breast masses. Methods:A study was conducted on cases of breast masses admitted to our hospital, all of which were diagnosed through pathological examination. There were 120 cases in each of the benign and malignant groups.Retrospective analysis of preoperative US and MTM data of two groups of patients, comparing the imaging characteristics of benign and malignant breast masses, using pathology as the diagnostic gold standard, and calculating relevant diagnostic indicators. Results:After US examination, there was a significant difference in imaging features between the malignant group and the benign group(P<0.05);After MTM examination, there was a significant difference in imaging features between the malignant group and the benign group(P<0.05);The detection rate of transparent ring in benign group was higher than that in malignant group(P<0.05);In the diagnostic value of US and MTM,US+MTM for small breast masses,sensitivity:81.67%,85.00%,93.33%,specificity:86.67%,78.33%,90.83%;The value of US+MTM is higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of small breast masses, both US and MTM can play their respective roles, but relatively speaking, the value of combined diagnosis is more valuable in disease differentiation than individual diagnosis.
