Observation on the Effect of Inferior Vena Cava Filter in the Treatment of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities
Objective:To analyze the effect of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in the treatment of inferior vena cava filter(IVCF).Methods:From October 2022 to October 2023,62 patients with DVT of lower limbs were selected to participate in the study. They were divided into control group(31 cases with direct thrombolysis)and experimental group(31 cases with thrombolysis after IVCF implantation)by double-blind method, and the treatment efficiency and the incidence of pulmonary embolism in the two groups were compared. Results:The effective rate of the control group was 74.19%,and that of the experimental group was 93.54%(χ2=4.292,P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary embolism in the control group was 6.45%,and there was no pulmonary embolism in the experimental group. The incidence of pulmonary embolism in the experimental group was low,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:IVCF is effective in the treatment of DVT of lower limbs, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of pulmonary embolism and has significant application value.
