The Value of Transvaginal Ultrasonography in Detecting Endometrial Proliferation in Menopausal Women
Objective:To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in detecting endometrial proliferation in menopausal women.Methods:From May 2020 to May 2023,this study was carried out in our hospital A total of 180 patients underwent transvaginal ultrasonography,and all of them submitted diagnostic curettage for pathological examination after surgery.Uterine status,volume,muscle wall echo,endometrial thickness and uterine cavity lesions were analyzed.Results:Of the 180 cases,144 cases showed different mass enlargement,accounting for 80%.All the indexes of 36 cases were in the normal range,and the muscle wall response was normal.Among 180 cases,50 cases were in the routine index,130 cases had thickening symptoms,the degree of thickening was different.Conclusion:Transvaginal sonography is helpful for the diagnosis of climacteric women with endometrial hyperplasia,but it needs to be combined with clinical analysis to make a comprehensive judgment.
