The Role of Color Doppler Ultrasound Diagnostic Instrument Combined with PROG and TSH Test to Predict Pregnancy Outcome
Objective:To explore the effect of using ultrasound combined with serum diagnosis on pregnancy outcomes in early pregnancy.Methods:60 patients with abnormal pregnancy in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study object, and the patients were grouped according to their pregnancy outcome, namely poor outcome(n=30)and good outcome(n=30),30 healthy early pregnancy pregnant women with physical examination at the same time were selected as the normal pregnancy group, and the results were analyzed. Results:The levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and uterine vascular hemodynamics related indicators in the poor outcome group were higher than those in the other two groups. The good outcome group was higher than the normal pregnancy group, and the progesterone(PROG)levels in the poor outcome group were lower than those in the other two groups. Moreover, the good outcome group was lower than that in the normal pregnancy group(P<0.05);29 cases of functional abnormalities were detected in three groups, and 26 cases were not abnormal; The diagnostic performance of the three combined methods is more ideal, with a sensitivity of 96.67%,specificity of 86.67%,and accuracy of 91.67%.Conclusion:Serum and other indicators and ultrasound test have certain predictive value for the pregnancy outcome of patients, but their combined diagnostic value is more significant, which provides a reliable basis for clinical practice.
