The Impact of CT on the Accuracy of Diagnosing Abdominal and Pelvic Trauma
Objective:To analyze the impact of CT on the accuracy of diagnosing pelvic trauma.Methods:80 patients with abdominal and pelvic trauma who were treated in our hospital between February 2021 and May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. All selected patients were diagnosed with abdominal and pelvic trauma according to the gold standard of case structure, and underwent CT technology examination to analyze the accuracy of diagnosis. Results:CT technology diagnosed 54 cases of simple abdominal and pelvic trauma, with a detection rate of 68.5%,and 26 cases of composite abdominal and pelvic trauma, with a detection rate of 32.5%.In the case results, the diagnosis rate of simple abdominal and pelvic trauma was 62.5%(50/80),and the diagnosis rate of composite abdominal and pelvic trauma was 37.5%(30/80).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection methods between the two groups(P>0.05).Among the 80 cases of abdominal and pelvic trauma patients, the type of organ damage was detected, the patients mainly suffer from liver laceration, pancreatic injury, and kidney injury. Conclusion:CT has a high diagnostic rate in the diagnosis of abdominal and pelvic trauma, indicating that CT technology can provide a reference basis for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of abdominal and pelvic trauma diseases.
