Application of DR and CT in the Diagnosis of Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head
Objective:To analyze the effect of direct digital radiography(DR)and computed tomography(CT)in the clinical diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods:A total of 82 patients with suspected avascular necrosis of the femoral head were randomly selected from the period from March 2022 to August 2023 as the test subjects, and DR and CT examinations were performed in this group of patients, and the diagnostic effects of DR and CT examinations on the disease were compared, and the imaging characteristics of lesions at different stages were analyzed. Results:Among the 82 suspected patients,68 cases were confirmed,57 cases were confirmed by DR examination(9 cases in the early stage,12 cases in the early stage,23 cases in the middle stage, and 13 cases in the late stage),and 65 cases were confirmed by CT examination(11 cases in the early stage,14 cases in the early stage,24 cases in the middle stage, and 16 cases in the advanced stage),and the detection rate of this disease by CT was higher than that of DR examination, and the data difference met the statistically significant criteria(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of CT technology in the clinical diagnosis of avascular necrosis of femoral head is better than that of DR technology, and CT examination also has the characteristics of simple operation and non-traumatic.
