Diagnostic Value of Magnetic Resonance and Mammography in Early Breast Cancer
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance and mammography in early breast cancer. Methods:The study subjects were 60 patients with suspected early breast cancer who were examined in our hospital from August 2023 to October 2023.All the subjects received MRI and mammography. The pathological diagnosis results of surgical puncture were taken as the gold standard, and the test results and diagnostic efficacy of MRI and mammography were analyzed and compared. Results:The diagnostic specificity, sensitivity, accuracy of MRI were 91.67%,92.86%,92.50%,respectively.The diagnostic specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of mammography were 83.33%,71.43%,75.00%respectively.The detection rate of MRI for axillary lymph node enlargement, pectoralis major muscle invasion, mass or nodule was significantly higher than that of mammography(P<0.05),and the detection rate of MRI for calcification was significantly lower than that of mammography(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the detection rate of burr or star-shaped between MRI and mammography. Conclusion:Compared with mammography, magnetic resonance has more obvious advantages and higher accuracy in the diagnosis of early breast cancer patients, but the detection rate of calcification is low,and the best diagnosis method can be reasonable according to the actual situation in clinic.
