With the widespread application of immunohistochemistry technology,antigen repair buffer,as a key reagent,its quality can directly affects the accuracy and reliability of experimental results.However,it has often been found that the use of immunohistochemical antigen repair buffer exceeds the intended purpose after its market launch,and even been used in the human body as a medical beauty product,which brings certain risks to human health.Based on the basic principle of immunohistochemical antigen repair buffer,this paper systematically analyzed the problems of different carriers after its market launch,and proposed suggestions for reference.
