Research on Basic Medical Equipment Configuration Standards for Public Social Health Institutions in Longhua District,Shenzhen
Objective:To further improve the functions of public community health service institutions,strengthen the equipment configuration of public community health service institutions,and comprehensively enhance the capacity of grassroots medical services.Methods:According to the Implementation Plan for Improving Government Health Investment Policies,Shenzhen Community Health Service Management Measures,and Shenzhen Community Health Service Institution Setting Standards,combined with the Longhua District Health Work Development Plan,a survey and analysis of the construction needs of existing community health service institutions were conducted.Using health economics evaluation methods and evidence-based methods,based on the principles of overall coordination,reasonable allocation,and classified protection,the Basic Medical Equipment Configuration Plan for Public Community Health Service Institutions in Longhua District,Shenzhen was studied and formulated,and the plan was organized for implementation and promotion.Results:Applied in practice to the demonstration of medical equipment projects in 13 newly established community health service institutions,revised and applied for approval by the Development and Reform Bureau of Longhua District based on the demonstration opinions,and helped 8 newly established community health service institution medical equipment projects successfully obtain government investment estimate approval in 2023.Promote the expansion and improvement of social health services,improve the configuration of basic medical equipment in social health institutions,equip comprehensive diagnosis and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy services,physical therapy and other equipment,and consolidate the foundation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Conclusion:By formulating a basic equipment configuration plan and a basic equipment configuration list,clarifying the basic equipment configuration standards for public community health service institutions,ensuring the basic equipment configuration needs of new and existing public community health service institutions,effectively improving the level of grassroots medical and health services in Longhua District,enhancing the comprehensive service capacity of grassroots health,and consolidating the grassroots foundation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
