Advances in Ultrasound Evaluation of Extrinsic Organs in Patients with Heart Failure
Heart failure(HF)is more common in the elderly population, especially in recent years with the increasing aging population in China, the number of heart failure patients in China is constantly increasing. From the perspective of pathogenesis, the fundamental cause of heart failure lies in abnormal cardiac structure or cardiac dysfunction. In this case, disease diagnosis and cardiac function evaluation can be carried out through echocardiography, nuclear resonance imaging technology,CT,etc.Although heart failure is caused by heart failure, the progression and severity of the disease are not closely related to the degree of heart failure. At this time, conducting ultrasound evaluation of external organs of the heart will have important value for the diagnosis of heart failure stages.Especially elderly heart failure patients with multiple chronic diseases are more prone to the problem of insufficient clinical symptom specificity. At this time, ultrasound examination of various organs outside the heart is needed to improve diagnostic accuracy and provide effective information for disease treatment. This article will review the methods and applications of ultrasound evaluation of external organs in heart failure for reference.
