The Efficacy of Preoperative Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)in Staging and Diagnosis of Pelvic Lymph Node Metastasis in Patients with Cervical Cancer
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of preoperative magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in staging and diagnosing pelvic lymph node metastasis in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:63 patients with cervical cancer, who were 2021 from October to 2023,were selected, the preoperative staging and the diagnostic efficacy of pelvic lymph node metastasis were observed and analyzed. Results:The diagnostic accuracy of preoperative MRI was 93.65%(59/63),and that of preoperative clinical staging was 76.19%(48/63);Compared with preoperative clinical staging, the diagnostic accuracy of preoperative MRI was higher(P<0.05).The accuracy of MRI was 98.41%(62/63),the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 85.71%(6/7),100.00%(56/56),100.00%(6/6)and 98.25%(56/57)respectively.The accuracy of preoperative MRI was 87.30%(55/63),the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 80.00%(20/25),92.11%(35/38),86.96%(20/23)and 87.50%(35/40)respectively.The accuracy of MRI was 87.30%(55/63),the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 88.10%(37/42),85.71%(18.21),92.50%(37/40)and 78.26%(18.23)respectively.The accuracy of preoperative MRI was 95.24%(60/63),the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 90.00%(9/10),96.23%(51/53),81.82%(9/11)and 98.08%(51/52)respectively.Conclusion:The preoperative MRI can not only accurately diagnose the stage of cervical cancer, but also accurately diagnose the pelvic lymph node metastasis.
