The Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound Elastography Combined with Serum TSH Detection in Distinguishing Benign and Malignant Thyroid Lesions
Objective:To observe the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography combined with serum TSH detection in distinguishing benign and malignant thyroid lesions. Methods:A total of 100 patients with thyroid diseases who underwent surgical resection and completed pathological examination in our hospital(June 2022 June 2023)will be admitted. The pathological examination results will be used as the"gold standard",and the preoperative ultrasound elastography and serum TSH test results of the patients will be retrospectively analyzed to clarify the diagnostic value of combined testing. Results:The detection rates of true positive and true negative in combined diagnosis were higher than those in single examination, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of combined diagnosis were higher than those of single examination, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ultrasound elastography and serum TSH detection has high detection value in distinguishing benign and malignant thyroid lesions.
