Value of Echocardiography in Evaluating Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Early Heart Failure in Patients with Gestational Hypertension
Objective:To evaluate the application value of left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in the early stage of heart failure by echocardiography. Methods:This research experiment is a control experiment type, and the experimental research time is from January 2022 to June 2023.Among them,100 cases of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in the experimental area are selected as the observation group, and 100 cases of pregnant women with normal blood pressure who have been examined in our hospital or hospitalized for childbirth in the same period are selected as the control group. The left ventricular diastolic function is evaluated by echocardiography to explore the application value in early heart failure. Results:The left atrial maximum volume index, average E/e'ratio,and tricuspid regurgitation peak velocity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mitral annulus and interventricular septal myocardial early diastole in the observation group The velocity e'and the early diastolic velocity e'of the left ventricular lateral wall of the mitral valve annulus were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive rate, negative predictive rate, false positive rate and false negative rate of echocardiography were 92.00%,96.00%,92.93%,92.31%,4.00%and 8.00%,respectively.Conclusion:The application of echocardiography in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can accurately evaluate the abnormal left ventricular diastolic function, and early intervention treatment can prevent early heart failure.
