目的:探讨乳腺彩超BI-RADS分级联合钼靶X射线摄影在育龄妇女乳腺癌筛查中的应用价值.方法:筛选2022年6月~2023年6月江门市中心医院就诊的200例育龄妇女,均接受乳腺彩超BI-RADS分级与钼靶X射线摄影检查;彩超BI-RADS分级与钼靶X射线摄影检查结果与病理检查结果分别进行对比.结果:乳腺彩超BI-RADS分级以及钼靶X射线摄影的诊断准确率较低,误诊和漏诊的情况较多,乳腺彩超BI-RADS分级检查对判断肿瘤性质有重要价值.结论:在乳腺癌的早期诊断中,乳腺彩超BI-RADS分级联合钼靶X射线摄影检查在临床诊治工作及日常体检工作中有较大的应用价值.
The Application Value of Color Ultrasound BI-RADS Grading Combined with Molybdenum Target Radiography in Screening Breast Cancer in Women of Childbearing Age
Objective:To explore the application value of BI-RADS grading combined with mammography in screening breast cancer in women of childbearing age.Methods:200 women of childbearing age who visited Jiangmen Central Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected,all of whom underwent breast ultrasound BI-RADS grading and molybdenum target X-ray examination;The examination results showed that patients with tumors underwent puncture biopsy or surgical pathological examination.The experiment selected color ultrasound BI-RADS grading and molybdenum target X-ray photography for individual examination results and combined examination results and pathological examination results for sensitivity,specificity,correct index,misdiagnosis rate,and other parameters to compare as observation indicators.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of BI-RADS classification and mammography was low,and there were more misdiagnoses and missed diagnoses.BI-RADS classification examination of breast color ultrasound was of great value in judging the nature of tumors.Conclusion:In the early diagnosis of breast cancer,breast color ultrasound BI-RADS classification combined with molybdenum target X-ray examination has great application value in clinical diagnosis and treatment and daily physical examination.
