To Analyze the Diagnostic Value and Clinical Application of Transabdominal Color Ultrasound in Uterine Fibroids and Uterine Adenomyosis
Objective:To evaluate the value of transabdominal color ultrasound in the diagnosis and clinical application of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis. Methods:A total of 100 patients with uterine fibroids and adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as observation objects.Transabdominal color ultrasound and routine ultrasound were used for all patients, and pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to compare the detection rate of the two groups.Hemodynamic parameters were compared between the two methods, and the diagnostic value of systolic peak flow velocity(Vs),diastolic peak flow velocity(Vd),blood flow pulsation index(PI)and blood flow resistance index(RI)were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results:The detection rate of transabdominal color ultrasound(86.67%,85.00%)was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasound(61.54%,54.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the relative parameters of Vs,Vd,PI and RI between the two groups, the Vs,Vd,PI and and of patients with color Doppler ultrasound were higher than those with conventional ultrasound, and RI was lower than those with conventional ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under ROC curve of VR,PI,Vd and Vs for diagnosis of uterine fibroids and uterine adenomyosis by abdominal color ultrasound was 0.754,0.642,0.681 and 0.787,and the sensitivity was 52.00%,80.00%,40.00%and 48.00%,respectively.The specificity was 90.00%,74.00%,88.00%,86.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transabdominal color ultrasonography has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and uterine adenomyosis.
