Analysis of the Effect of Color Doppler Vaginal Ultrasound Instrument in Early Diagnosis of Atypical Ectopic Pregnancy
Objective:To explore the application effect of color Doppler vaginal ultrasound instrument in the diagnosis of early atypical ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A study was conducted on 90 patients with early atypical ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023.All patients were diagnosed through clinical comprehensive diagnosis and were willing to cooperate with the study.They were randomly divided into two groups using a number table method,with 45 cases in each group,including the control group(diagnosed by conventional ultrasound)and the observation group(diagnosed by color Doppler vaginal ultrasound instrument).Compare the diagnostic effectiveness,detection of pregnancy related indicators,and operation time and diagnosis time between the two groups.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of pregnancy related indicators detection results showed that the detection rates of fetal heart rate,cardiac pulsation,yolk sac,intrauterine pseudogestational sac,adnexal mass,embryo,etc.in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had fewer operating and diagnostic times,with significant differences compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of color Doppler vaginal ultrasound instrument in the diagnosis of early atypical ectopic pregnancy not only has high diagnostic accuracy,but also can better detect pregnancy related indicators,shorten the operation time and diagnosis time.
