Application of Gene Xpert Automatic Medical PCR Analysis System in the Diagnosis of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis DNA in Sputum of Patients with Tuberculosis by Quantitative Real-Time PCR
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of quantitative real-time PCR(q-PCR)with Gene Xpert automated medical PCR system in the diagnosis of mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA in sputum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 50 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from January 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled in this study,the DNA of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum secretions of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis was analyzed.At the same time,acid-fast staining and culture methods should be used to complete the comparative analysis of the DNA diagnosis of patients with mycobacterium tuberculosis.Results:q-PCR showed a high level of positive rate in detecting mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA in sputum secretion of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and the sensitivity of the test is obviously better than the other two methods.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gene Xpert automatic medical PCR analysis system has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and low cost in clinical diagnosis,it is of great clinical value in the detection and diagnosis of mycobacterium DNA in sputum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
