Objective:To observe the inclusiveness of TECNIS Symfony continuous visual path intraocular lens on cataract combined with astigmatism.Methods:The data of 61 patients(61 eyes)with cataract and astigmatism admitted to Dalian Third People's Hospital from June 2022 to December 2022 were retrospectively collected.All patients underwent phacoemulsification combined with TECNIS Symfony continuous visual range intraocular lens implantation,and divided into two groups according to the size of preoperative astigmatism(CYL).CYL≤0.75D was test group 36 cases(36 eyes),0.75D<CYL≤1.50D was control group,25 cases(25 eyes),of which 43.24%(26 eyes)were regular astigmatism;Reverse regular astigmatism 16.22%(10 eyes);Oblique axis astigmatism 40.54%(25 eyes).Distance vision,middle vision,near vision and residual astigmatism(ΔCYL)were measured at 3 months postoperatively;3 months postoperative defocus curve;VF-14 questionnaire survey and patient satisfaction survey;iTrace visual quality analyzer was used for preoperative and 3-month preoperative and postoperative Dysfunctional Lens Index(DLI)assessment.Results:There were no significant differences in distance vision,medium vision and near vision at 3 months after surgery(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between residual astigmatism(ΔCYL)and preoperative astigmatism(CYL)in the two groups 1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery(P>0.05)in the postoperative groups,test group had a span visual acuity of more than 0.6 in+1.50D--3.00D,and a wide plateau in+0.75D--2.00D,with a visual acuity of 1.0;Control group had a visual acuity of more than 0.6 in+1.25D--2.75D span,and a visual acuity of+0.750D--1.75 days wide-plateau stage,visual acuity reached 1.0,The satisfaction scores of VF-14 questionnaire survey at 3 months after operation were all above 90 points.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of lens removal at 3 months after operation(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in Dysfunctional Lens Index(DLI)between the two groups before and 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the DLI index at 3 months after surgery and before surgery between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:TECNIS Symfony intraocular lens contain the common refractive error and astigmatism of≤1.5D in clinical practice,improve satisfaction and lens removal rate,significantly improve patients'visual acuity,and improve their visual quality and quality of life.
