Objective:This study aims to explore the efficacy of a new generation of photon hair removal device M22 in different hair removal sites.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hair removal needs from November 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).The observation group was treated with M22 strong light and laser system,while the control group was treated with traditional photon therapeutic apparatus.The effect of hair removal,patient satisfaction and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:After 3 times and 6 times of intervention,the effective rate of hair removal in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the patients'satisfaction scores on upper lip,axilla and other parts of the hair removal were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.33%vs 23.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:M22 strong light and laser system is an advanced photon hair removal device with higher hair removal effect,patient satisfaction and safety.
