Objective:To analyze the effect of two ventilation modes of ventilator for neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods:From June 2021 to June 2023,92 children with NRDS were admitted. They were randomly divided into a control group(NCPAP)and an observation group(NIPPV)using a random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The efficacy, clinical indicators, blood gas indicators, and complications of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, oxygen administration, mechanical ventilation, clinical symptom relief and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group, complications were less than that of the control group, and the blood gas indexes were better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:NIPPV is more effective than NCPAP in children with ARDS,shortening treatment time, relieving symptoms faster, promoting recovery, improving blood gas indexes, and reducing complications.
