Objective:Explore the application of the Da Vinci robotic surgical platform in radical prostatectomy, and innovate and improve intraoperative position management. Methods:This article observed 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, all of whom underwent surgical treatment using the Da Vinci robot surgical platform, with a collection period from December 2022 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The observation group consisted of 50 patients who received optimized intraoperative position management, while the control group consisted of 50 patients who received routine position management.Compare two groups of surgical related indicators, incidence of complications, robot arm collision with limbs, and incidence of robot secondary parking. Results:There were differences(P<0.05)in the positioning time, positioning time, intraoperative bleeding volume between the observation group and the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of limb collision and robot secondary parking in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of the Da Vinci robot surgical platform in radical prostatectomy is very significant, and it attaches great importance to the innovation and improvement of intraoperative position management, which can improve surgical indicators and reduce the risk of complications.
