Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of severe renal failure and analyze the role of continuous hemodialysis machine.Methods:100 patients with severe renal failure admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received intermittent hemodialysis treatment, while the observation group received continuous hemodialysis treatment. The renal function, inflammatory factors, clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results:After 2 weeks of treatment, the renal function, inflammatory factors, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of severe renal failure with continuous hemodialysis machine can improve renal function, inflammatory factors, improve clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
