目的:探讨戴明环(又称PDCA循环)在提升消毒供应中心外来器械清洗灭菌质量中的效果.方法:选择2022年8月~2023年8月消毒供应中心外来器械228748件,随机数字表法分为两组各114374件.对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组联合PDCA循环管理,比较两组的干预效果.结果:观察组干预1个月后外来医疗器械外观光泽占比高于对照组(P<0.05);外来医疗器械表面血渍、污垢及锈斑发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);医护人员专业技能评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:PDCA循环能改善消毒供应中心外来器械外观,提升清洗灭菌质量和医护人员专业技能.
Study on the Effect of Deming Ring on Cleaning and Sterilizing Quality of Foreign Instruments in Upgrading Disinfection Supply Center
Objective:To explore the effect of the plan execute check process(PDCA)cycle on improving the quality of cleaning and sterilization of external instruments in disinfection supply centers.Methods:228748 external instruments were selected from the disinfection supply center from August 2022 to August 2023,and randomly divided into two groups with 114374 pieces each.The control group was managed using conventional methods,while the observation group was combined with PDCA cycle management to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:After one month of intervention,the proportion of external medical device appearance gloss in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of blood stains,dirt,and rust on the surface of external medical devices was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After 3 months of intervention,the management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The professional skill scores of medical staffwere higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle can improve the appearance of external instruments in disinfection supply centers,enhance the quality of cleaning and sterilization,and enhance the professional skills of medical staff.
