Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of X-ray,computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in gouty arthritis. Methods:A total of 86 patients with knee arthritis who received treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were included as study subjects. All 86 subjects received X-ray,CT and MRI examinations. The diagnostic criteria for gouty arthritis in"Internal Medicine"were taken as the gold standard to analyze the efficacy of X-ray,CT and MRI in differential diagnosis of gouty arthritis. The imaging characteristics of gouty arthritis detected by X-ray,CT and MRI were compared. Results:The accuracy and sensitivity of MRI in the differential diagnosis of gouty arthritis were higher than those of X-ray and CT(P<0.05),and the rate of missed diagnosis of MRI was lower than that of X-ray and CT(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the specificity and misdiagnosis rate of X-ray,CT and MRI in the differential diagnosis of gouty arthritis(P>0.05).MRI showed higher detection rates of synovial thickening, joint effusion, bone erosion and tophite deposition than X-ray and CT(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI is more valuable than X-ray and CT in diagnosing gouty arthritis.
